Motor parts: The external synchronizer with two option plug




This external synchronizer has the perfect design  and it matches the sewing machine head  very well. We can provide different two plugs which  can match the 4 core interface very well. Pls kindly see the below diagram:  Mark in red circle. 


This 4 core interface is for needle positioner plug. They connect so that the needle position function works.

Two different connection rod (M5 and M6) match diffrent machine head. (Sam as option A : the external synchronizer)  It give the buyer more choice to reach their purpose.  Pls kindly see the below, and this is the detail for the external synchronizer:

HOW TO INSTALL SYNCHRONIZER
(1). INSTALL MAIN SHAFT ADAPTOR  TO CONNECT SEWING MACHINE SHAFT AND SYNCHRONIZER;
INSTALLATION:
FIX MAIN SHAFT ADAPTOR TO SEWING MACHINE MAIN SHAFT WITH CONNECTING SCREW. TRY HARD TO KEEP THE ADAPTOR CONCENTRIC WITH SEWING MACHINE SHAFT SO AS TO MAKE THE SYNCHRONIZER, WHILE ON OPERATION, STABLE AND STEADY AND PREVENT SHAKING;

(2). INSTALL BOLTS M5 AND M6 TO PREVENT SYNCHRONIZER FROM SHAKING.
INSTALLATION: APPLY THE SUITABLE SIDE OF BOLTS M5 AND M6 TO FIX THEM ON SEWING MACHINE WITH SPANNER.

(3). INSTALLATION OF SYNCHRONIZER (FIX ALL PARTS INDICATED IN THE PICTURE)
INSTALLATION:
A. FIX THE SYNCHRONIZER COUPLING WITH M AIN SHAFT ADAPTOR;
B. HOLD SEWING MACHINE WHEEL WHEN NEEDLE BAR IS IN ITS UPPER POSITION; THEN TURN THE COUPLING UNTIL BLUE LED LIGHTS;FINALLY, FASTEN COUPLING ONTO MAIN SHAFT ADAPTOR BY A HEXAGON SPANNER;
C. FIT THE SCREW THREAD SIDE OF L-SHAPED SUPPORTING BAR INTO SYNCHRONIZER'S SCREW HOLE, THEN CONNECT ONE END OF L-SHAPED SUPPORTING BAR WITH BOLTS M5 AND M6 FIXED ON SEWING MACHINE HEAD WITH DOUBLE-HOLED CONNECTING BAR ;
D.FINALLY, TIGHTEN TWO HEXAGON SCREWS ON THE DOUBLE-HOLED CONNECTING BAR.
